Burgundy Steak Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp green onions chopped
- 4 tbsp burgundy
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices swiss cheese

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high.  In a mixing bowl combine the steak burger, saltine crackers, egg, green onions, burgundy, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.  Form the seasoned steak burgerinto 4 patties and grill for 5-7 minutes per side or until done.  Place one slice of swiss cheese on each steak burger and serve on a bun.

Green Pepper and Swiss Cheese Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high.  In a mixing bowl combine the steak burger, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and form it into 4 patties.  Place the steak burger patties onto the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked thru.  Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small skillet and saute the green peppers and onions until soft.  Separate the onion and pepper mixture into four sections and place one slice of cheese on top of each section.  Cover the skillet and cook until cheese is melted.  Serve the steak burgers with the cheesy, onion mixture on top.

Salsa Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 can salsa
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak burger, 1/2 of the can of salsa, onion, crackers, salt and pepper.  Shape the steak burger mixture into a loaf and place into a roasting pan.  Place the meatloaf into the oven and cook for about 45 minutes - 1 hour.  Place the cheddar cheese on top of the steak burger and place it back into the oven for 10-15 minutes.  Serve with the rest of the salsa on top.   

Bacon Cheese Steak Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 6 buns or kaiser rolls
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon
- 6 slices lettuce
- 6 slices tomato

Directions:
Preheat oven to broil.  In a medium skillet, fry the bacon slices until crispy and cut each slice in half.  Create 6 large patties with the steak burger.  Using the bacon grease pan, brown both sides of the steak burger patties leaving the center very rare.  Place each steak burger patty on a roasting pan and top with cheddar cheese and bacon.  Broil for 5-7 minutes.  Top each steak burger with lettuce, tomato and your favorite condiments and serve on a bun or kaiser roll.
