Meatloaf Steak Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp red wine
- 1 tbsp green onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium heat.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak burger, bread crumbs, egg, red wine, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.  Form the steak burger mixture into patties and place them on the grill.  Cook for 15-20 minutes or until done.

Caribbean Steak Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium heat.  In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tbsp of the pineapple sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.  Form the steak burger into patties and spread some homemade sauce on each patty.  Place the steak burgers onto the grill and cook until browned through, seasoning with sauce regularly.  When the steak burgers are 5 minutes from being done, place one slice of pineapple on each steak burger and continue to grill until hot.

Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1/4 cup rice
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak burger, rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 4 tbsp of the tomato soup.  Form the steak burger mixture into meatballs and place them onto a heated skillet.  Pour the remaining tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce on top and cook for 35-40 minutes. 

Fried Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can tomato soup

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine the white bread egg and milk until smooth.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak burger, parmesan cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.  Combine the bread mixture with the steak burger mixture and form them into balls.  Roll each ball into the flour and place them into the heated olive oil in a skillet.  Fry until browned, add the tomato soup and simmer for 45-50 minutes.
