Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean buffalo burger
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup favorite salsa
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the lean buffalo burger until browned. Add package of taco seasoning. Meanwhile heat oven to 300 and heat taco shells for 3-5 minutes. In each taco shell, place buffalo burger, cheese, tomato, lettuce, sour cream and salsa. Serve immediately with refried beans and rice.
