Burgundy and Swiss Cheeseburger

Cheeseburger Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp green onions chopped
- 4 tbsp burgundy
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices Swiss cheese

Cheeseburger Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high.  In a mixing bowl combine the steak burger, saltine crackers, egg, green onions, burgundy, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.  Form the seasoned steak burger into 4 patties and grill for 5-7 minutes per side or until done.

Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each cheeseburger and serve on a bun.
