Stroganoff Ingredients:
- 1 pound hamburger or steak burger
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag of egg noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
Stroganoff Directions:
In a skillet, heat hamburger until browned and set aside. Melt butter in skillet and saute mushrooms and onions until soft. Add hamburger, sour cream and mushroom soup.
Meanwhile, boil water in large pot and cook noodles until soft. Add noodles to hamburger stroganoff mixture and serve immediately.
