<p>Combine the bread mixture with the <strong>steak burger</strong> mixture and form them into <strong>meatballs</strong>.  Roll each meatball into the flour and place them into the heated olive oil in a skillet.  Fry until browned, add the tomato soup and simmer for 45-50 minutes.
