Original Steak Burger Meatballs Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can tomato soup

Directions:
To make the meatballs, in a small mixing bowl, combine the white bread egg and milk until smooth.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak burger, parmesan cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.

Combine the bread mixture with the steak burger mixture and form them into meatballs.  Roll each meatball into the flour and place them into the heated olive oil in a skillet.  Fry until browned, add the tomato soup and simmer for 45-50 minutes. Stir meatball sauce and meatballs as needed.
