Steak Burger Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large cooking pot, fry the steak burger until completely browned and remove any grease. In a small frying pan, saute the onions in butter until translucent. Add the sauteed onions to the browned steak burger and add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, kidney beans and chili seasoning. Simmer for 2-4 hours and serve with cheddar cheese on top.
