Italian Meatballs Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak burger
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 bottle spagetti sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Italian Meatballs Directions:
Heat skillet. In a mixing bowl, combine steak burger, parmesan cheese, saltine crackers, onion, egg, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch meatballs and place into skillet. Fry Italian meatballs until browned and pour bottled spagetti sauce over top. Simmer until heated. Serve Italian meatballs over noodles.
